Built for Long-Term Performance and Chemical Resistance: Kingspan KEE membranes have been formulated to resist the harshest rooftop conditions, including chemical and industrial pollutant exposure, beyond the performance of standard PVC membranes.

Highly Reflective Membrane reflects UV radiation back into the atmosphere, reducing the building's heat absorption, which could contribute to lower cooling costs.

Reinforced Membrane Edges: Added yarn around the fastener edges reinforces wind uplift performance by providing superior tensile strength and puncture resistance.

No Cut Edge Sealant Required: Our anti-wick polyester scrim does not require cut edge sealant, expediting installation while saving on material and labor costs.

Installer-Friendly Flexibility: KEE formulation provides superior flexibility retention relative to other thermoplastic membranes. KEE doesn't migrate over time, keeping the membrane flexible and pliable longer for more workability during installation or repair.

Performance Tested: FM and UL assemblies along with CRRC ratings. Compliant with California Title 24.

Available in three thickness options: KEE 045, KEE 060, and KEE 080.  Minimum thickness option in KEE 060.

Width options: 5 ft., 6.5 ft., and 10 ft. standard across all thicknesses; 12 ft. available on KEE 060 and KEE 080 only; KEE 060 MIN available in 10 ft. width only.

Roll lengths of 100 ft. across for KEE 045 and KEE 060; KEE 080 available in 75 ft. rolls.

Color options: white available across all products; grey and tan available in KEE 060 and KEE 080 in 6.5 ft. and 10 ft. widths.
