Why Choose PVC and KEE membranes?

Why choose PVC?
When compared to alternative roofing membranes, thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride (PVC) offers superior resistance to grease, oil, animal fats, and chemicals. It is the preferred roofing system when chemical resistance is required.
Why choose KEE?
Known as KEE or PVC KEE, PVC enhanced with DuPont™ Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) is a premium membrane due to its ability to provide maximum chemical resistance against the harshest chemicals and outperform standard PVC membranes in nearly every performance attribute when exposed to the same roofing conditions.
Refer to the chart below outlining the critical membrane performance attributes and how they differ.

¹ PVC KEE membranes contain Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE), a high-molecular-weight solid plasticizer that is permanently integrated into the membrane formulation. Unlike conventional liquid plasticizers used in standard PVC membranes, KEE exhibits significantly lower migration over time, helping maintain flexibility and long-term performance.
Our anti-wicking polyester scrim does not require cut edge sealant and we offer 12 ft. wide roll options to reduce the number of seams to secure so you can roof it faster with less labor.
