Kingspan GreenGuard® GG40-LG XPS Insulation Board is comprised of closed–cell extruded polystyrene (XPS) featuring a highly water-resistant core, a high-load compressive strength of 40 psi, and an R–value of 5.0 per inch of thickness.

For use as general purpose insulation for roofing, wall and foundation applications requiring 40 psi minimum compressive strength
Meets ASTM C578 Type IV and Type X specifications.
Designed for high–load floor and roofing systems, ice rinks, roadways as well as plaza and parking decks.
R–value of 5.0 per inch of thickness.
More moisture resistant than standard EPS.
Retains insulating properties over time.
Blowing agent blend with Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than 50.
