Built for Long-Term Performance and Chemical Resistance: Kingspan KEE FB membranes have been formulated to resist the harshest rooftop conditions, including chemical and industrial pollutant exposure, beyond the performance of standard PVC membranes.

Enhanced Durability: Polyester fleece backing maximizes puncture and impact resistance and may provide more recovery options, including potential installation directly over existing roofing systems.

No Cut Edge Sealant Required: Our anti-wick polyester scrim does not require cut edge sealant, expediting installation while saving on material and labor costs.

Highly Reflective Membrane reflects UV radiation back into the atmosphere, reducing the building's heat absorption, which could contribute to lower cooling costs.

Installer-Friendly Flexibility: KEE formulation provides the installer more membrane workability during installation.

Expedited System Options: 12 ft. wide membrane means fewer rolls and seams to weld. (KEE FB 060, 060 MIN & 080 only)

Performance Tested: FM and UL assemblies along with CRRC ratings. Compliant with California Title 24.

Available in three thickness options: KEE FB 045, KEE FB 060, and KEE FB 080.  Minimum thickness option in KEE FB 060.

Width options: 6.33 ft. and 12 ft.

Roll lengths of 90 ft. for KEE FB 045 and KEE FB 060; KEE FB 080 available in 75 ft. rolls

Color options: white available across all products; grey and tan available on KEE FB 060 (6.33 ft.) only.
