The Kingspan 102mm Cardboard Disc serves as a protective barrier when installing Kingspan single-ply membranes over Kingspan EPS or XPS insulations.

Product Highlights

Manufactured in the U.S.A. with globally sourced materials.
Designed for fast, hassle-free installation over EPS or XPS insulations. The cardboard disc is placed beneath the Kingspan TPO Induction Welding Plate or the Kingspan PVC + KEE Induction Welding Plate, protecting the EPS or XPS insulation from heat exposure during the welding process and preventing melt-through.
Compatible with induction welding plates used in Kingspan TPO, PVC, and KEE roofing systems.
Features a pre-formed center opening to simplify alignment during installation process.
