The Kingspan AccuTrac Plate is a 3” Galvalume® coated steel plate designed for use with the stand-up AccuTrac and AccuTrac EZ installation tools to install Kingspan ISO CG, ISO CG, ISO HD CG cover boards, and other Kingspan-approved cover boards when using Kingspan #12 Fasteners or #15 Fasteners up to 8 inches in length.

Supports Strong Pullout Resistance: Rounded 3” square design provides even distribution of loads to help prevent damaging membrane.
Corrosion Resistant: steel plates are coated with AZ55 corrosion resistant coating which passes the corrosion requirements of FM Approval Standard 4470 and EAD030351-00-0402.
Using the AccuTrac System can improve installation productivity when compared to traditional installation methods due to the quick fastener and plate loading speed.
Ergonomic System Design helps to reduce the physical burden on the installer brought on by bending and twisting.
FM Approved Assemblies for attachment of Kingspan ISO GF, ISO CG, or ISO HD CG, and potentially other Kingspan-approved cover boards.
Packaging: Ships in a bucket with 1,000 plates packaged as 8 – 125 plate piece sleeves for easy loading of the AccuTrac or AccuTrac EZ tool.
